Sukanya, student of Guru Anuradha Jog, performed rare compositions of traditional Bharatanatyam on the occasion of Germany-India students meet in Pune at Balshikshan auditorium on 4th Jan 2017 at 7 pm. The performance was well appreciated by German students, professors as well members of Max Mueller Bhavan.
Meera Savargaonkar was awarded a prize for excellency in Classical Bharatanatyam. This award was received by Meera at the hands of popular and senior vocalist of Carnatic music Shri. Sanjay Subramanyam in Mumbai on 20th August, at the Shanmukhananda Fine Arts and Music Sabha auditorium in the presence of a large audience .
Sukanya Gurav, student of Antara Nritya Niketan, performed at the Madras Music Academy on 16th July. She was a finalist from Pune for the Universal Contest of Classical Bharatanatyam organised by Hidden Idol 2016.
